Ingredients

1.5 cups sweet potato flour

½ cup cacao powder

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

1 Tbsp arrowroot flour

2 Tbsp ground flax + ¼ cup warm water

¼ cup vegan butter, softened

1 cup coconut sugar

2 cups coconut milk

2 Tbsp lemon juice

1 Tbsp vanilla extract
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together and put to the side.
Whip butter and coconut sugar.
Mix flax and warm water together and let sit together for 1 minute until gel consistency.
Add flax mixture and remaining liquid ingredients to butter/sugar mixture and blend in food processor.
Fold wet mixture into the dry mixture.
Fill into a pre-buttered/floured 9x13 pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
