When I founded NaturBaker in 2017, my focus was on providing healthy options for eaters with special needs, including the eaters in my family. When my boys were born with some of the same food allergies and intolerances that I struggled with, I decided to create the change that I had been searching for. I started baking my own healthy alternatives.
Today, all of our delicious offerings are made with high-quality, plant-based ingredients like seed flours and powders, fresh fruit purees and juices, and unprocessed sweeteners and flavorings. And they’re made without the top 8 major food allergens [link]: milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, wheat, peanuts, soybeans and tree nuts*.
