All NaturBaker products are baked to order in small batches. This means that when you receive your order, it will be extremely fresh.

We allow a 5 day processing time to prepare your order. As soon as your package is scanned and on the way to you, you will receive an email notification which will include your tracking number and shipping details. Due to the nature of shipping and COVID-19, there may be unexpected delays via the postal carrier of choice. 

Our products are temperature sensitive and carefully placed in insulation and/or a cooler with ice packs. When checking out, we recommend that you select a transit time of 2 days at most. Transit periods of 3 days or longer can compromise the quality of your delivery and cannot be guaranteed.

Upon receiving the delivery, please immediately place in fridge or freezer. If you are away when the delivery is completed, please pay special attention to your email for confirmation that the order has arrived, and arrange for it to be taken inside as placed in a fridge or freezer as soon as possible.
