This recipe is naturally nut-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, soy + sesame-free and flavor FULL!🥰
EQUIPMENT:
-Vitamix or Food processor
-Digital Scale
INGREDIENTS:
-Avocado oil (200g)
-Sunflower seed butter (200g)
-Lemon juice (15g)
-Pickle juice (40g)
-Garlic cloves (2 or ~ 6g)
-Cayenne (just a pinch!)
-Cumin (5g)
-Sea salt (10g)
-3 cans chickpeas, drained (730g)
-Chickpea brine (250g)
DIRECTIONS:
Simply add all ingredients into a vitamins, in the order listed. Blend at low speed and gradually advanced to medium speed, mixing one time in between blends. Enjoy! 😘
